We are very pleased with our sales rep Brian Sanchez. He is very knowledgeable about his products and is always helpful if we have any questions or concerns. PGI is now taking all of our pictures with full descriptions on vehicles, sends out our feed, and also hosts our website. All in we are happy with All the services from Brian in Sales, Dustin Moore handling our feed, and Steve Warren with technical issues.
PGI Auto has been a tremendous partner for our dealership. The website service through them has been outstanding, increasing our online lead generation many times over and allowing us a higher degree of control and oversight of our site and the features and ads that run thereon. Their database services are clean and easy to use, and they can always be relied on to address concerns in a swift and decisive manner, and area always available to answer our questions. We see ourselves having a healthy relationship with PGI well into the future.
I asked Dustin Moore, who works at PGI, where all the places are I can leave a positive review because I’m very pleased with his responsiveness, and how quickly they work to implement improvement suggestions I make to make PGI even better. Dustin has been incredibly responsive and helpful, he answers my emails within minutes and so far he’s said they’re working to implement every single suggestion I’ve made that I think would be cool additions to the plugin. I greatly appreciate their helpfulness in a world of companies that put you on hold and are only marginally helpful. Congratulations on running a great company, whoever you are.

We have known Steven Warren for several years. Steven has always been helpful and takes my calls at all hours. He always returns my calls quickly. He is fair and even minded and always professional. Overall Steven Warren has done an exceptional job and has helped our business prosper and grow.
We started using PGI Chat back in June when they offered the free chat for a month promotion. We have stuck with it ever since. The chat program really does good for the whole store. Not only does it help generate leads for our sales department, but also our service and parts departments as well. What I really like, is PGI’s support. Anytime we run into something that needs to change, they are right on it. PGI Chat is definitely a winner in my book!
I have been working along side PGI for many years now (I remember when I used to log in through demonlot.com) and have always had nothing but respect for these guys. From the owner down to the people who answer the phone, they treat you right and get the job done. As an internet manager, I get very frustrated with vendors who over promise and under deliver (as do customers with us) That is not the case when working with PGI. Reliable, dependable, local, easy to use, quick, the list of words goes on. Thanks guys!

Paramo group is the best car dealer data management service company in the northwest, from data collection to web design and reputation management and digital marketing, there’s no company that strives in delivering the new technologies available to the car dealerships, if you want to maximize your sales and ROI you definitively need to call them!!
PGI is at the top of their game. They offer great solutions that are easy to apply in a rapidly changing market, and are always working on new solutions. They’re quick to respond when you need assistance too, and go the extra mile to make sure the products are doing what you need. The second annual training seminar was incredible, very informative and refreshingly honest when compared to claims that some 3rd party vendors are making about digital marketing.
If you are looking for a full service operation with their finger on the pulse of the automotive community, pgi is the company you need.
Man. If even 5% of the vendors we work with were as responsive and helpful as you; I’d probably have 90% fewer gray hairs…

Paramo Group was the answer to a prayer the company that we had previously used to help us take our pictures and update or car was very inconsistant. Yago and his company has always been there when they say and I have never had a problem that they did not fix as soon as they got the call. In today’s market place, too many times we always find time to complain about something but never find that same time to put forward a good comment.
Over the last few days we have increased our inventory by 40 units and had almost 30 of them ready for pictures yesterday. I never thought about letting your team know about this huge increase. My rep got here at 7:30 in the Morning yesterday and worked on them for over 5 hours. When this extra time started to interrupt his schedule for other dealers, Dennis your Director of Operations stepped in and made some phone calls and made sure everything was going to flow smooth.
As a small town dealer, we have taken the chance and increased our inventory from 1.4 million to 2.1 million and we are reliant on you and your staff to insure that they are posted online in a timely fashion. We cannot afford to have this amount of money tied up in just inventory and as such NEED to have it online as soon as possible. Your team made sure that it got done and done right!

There is a profound difference between Yago’s team and the alternatives. Key among those differences is the rapid availability and openness of the various PGI people, especially Yago himself. I have rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for a response on any subject from the mundane to the complex. This alone is huge but when combined with a mobile team that is always on time and thorough, there really is no other choice for us other than PGI.
